J & J Carter were contracted as tensile fabric experts to manufacture the roof membranes on behalf of the steel frame contractor at Exeter University Sports Park.

Consisting of seventeen modular covers spanning 105 x 40 metres, covering some 4,216 square metre space to accommodate six tennis courts.

The fabric used was a Type 2 900gsm PVC Coated Polyester in conjunction with our EasyGlide Keder. The roof system has a ten-year warranty and life expectancy of 20 years; subject to periodic maintenance and cleaning.
