Our Membrane Factory occupies some 2000sq.m and employs the latest in advanced manufacturing techniques and is accredited to I.S.O 9001:2015 for Quality Assurance. Our facilities occupy over 2,000sq.m and are equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure precision and durability in every project:

• Precision Cutting: CNC plotter cutting system with a 13m x 3m flatbed for accurate fabric patterning.
• High-Frequency Welding: Welding capabilities range from 8kW to 30kW with table sizes up to 42m, ensuring  the strongest joins and seams of structural strength.
• Heat Sealing Welders: For PTFE and Silicone Coated Glass Fibre Fabrics.
• Fabric Strength Testing: In-house 25 kN Uni-Axial Tensile Testing Machine and 20 kN/m Bi-Axial Testing Machine to verify fabric performance and compliance with project specifications.
• Efficient Production: Two automated keder production lines for streamlined processing.
• Metal Fabrication: Dedicated metalworking facilities for creating robust and precise framework components.
• Industrial Sewing: A range of industrial sewing machines, including semi-automatic options, for specialised fabric stitching.
• Hydraulic Presses: For precisely fitting eyelets, rings, and other essential fixtures.
• Automated Keder Production Lines: Two machines dedicated to in-house and external Keder demand.

Additionally, we employ a CNC plotter cutting system with a 13m x 3m flatbed for precision, various industrial sewing machines, including semi-automatic options and hydraulic presses for fitting eyelets, rings and fixtures. To enhance efficiency, we also operate two automated Keder production lines for streamlined processing.

• PVC-coated polyester fabrics: Known for their durability, weather resistance, and cost-effectiveness. (Specific brands and weights available upon request.)
• PTFE-coated fibreglass fabrics: Offering exceptional longevity, UV resistance, and self-cleaning properties. (Specific brands and weights available upon request.)
• Metal Components: We utilise a range of high-grade aluminium and steel alloys for structural framework, ensuring strength and corrosion resistance. (Specific alloys available upon request.)
