NEW INNOVATION IN FIRE-RETARDANT PVC

J & J Carter are delighted to be among the very first to offer this impressive innovation in tensile fabric. Created by Serge Ferrari, Flexlight Shield 800 is the only membrane that combines such significant safety features with exceptional performance.

This PVC is the ideal choice, particularly when creating large-scale semi-permanent structures, large-scale event structures, sports facilities, sports halls, industrial structures, storage units and warehouses. 

Shield 800 is made of woven glass yarns, which are then coated with PVC. This design meets the most stringent fire safety requirements for the construction of industrial halls and storage structures: the B-roof norm. This is a European regulation that qualifies materials to limit the spread of fire from one building to another.​

This lightweight, fire-retardant solution is available in 2.6m roll width, ready for J & J Carter to weld up into membranes for any large-scale installation.
