When it comes to event structures and temporary stables, The Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association commissioned J & J Carter to create the perfect temporary animal enclosures for their prestigious annual event.
Each year the RCA Association facilitate the organisation of The Royal Cornwall Show, which is regarded as one of the last true major agricultural shows in the UK.
With an impressive turnout of over 100,000 attendees and a plethora of attractions, including 1000 trade stands and expansive areas for agricultural machinery displays, the Royal Cornwall Show is a standout event. The event also features a wide range of competitive classes showcasing top-tier British livestock and horses.
For their temporary animal enclosures, we utilised our Hampshire Structures Series 90 – 4.8m span x 18m long with a modular curved roof to enclose twenty pig pens per structure. This was finished with roof sheets and large branded gables created from Verseidag DURASKIN™.
Since the first enclosures were created in 2015, The Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association continues to return to J & J Carter to refresh and expand these crucial event structures.
Upon seeing the quality of our temporary enclosures, the Devon Country Show arranged to hire them from the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association to trial at their own event. They proved hugely successful, resulting in a request to J & J Carter to create replica enclosures directly for the Devon Country Show.
A satisfied client, the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, expressed their contentment, stating, "We found the product and service to be of a very high standard, on time and excellent communication."
